5. Hire, track arrival when available, and pay through platform payment rails when Stripe is connected.

For trade professionals

1. Create a Pro account and complete onboarding (license / insurance / background consent where applicable).
2. Browse open jobs in your trade and region (USA or Canada).
3. Send bids. Keep 100% of job earnings — no commission.
4. Optional paid plans unlock more daily bids via Stripe Checkout.

Phone help & AI agent

Support includes:

• In-browser AI voice help (free Web Speech APIs) inside the Support widget — asks clarifying questions using marketplace policy.
• Callback requests saved for human follow-up.
• Real phone numbers via open-source stacks such as Patter + Twilio/Telnyx free trial credentials (carrier fees apply). Wire keys into the environment to go live.
